Health Guarantee

1.  If upon reception, you are unhappy with your puppy for any reason, you may ship the dog back the next day       for a full refund of the puppy price, no questions asked.

2.  You have five (5) days in which to have your veterinarian examine your puppy for any health problems. If          there is a problem that cannot be rectified, you may ship the dog back on the day following the vet exam,         with a veterinarian’s statement, for a full refund on the price of the puppy.

3.  Hips/Elbows (OFA) and eyes (CERF) are guaranteed up to 26 months.

4. To make a claim on the above guarantee (3) the dog must meet the following guidelines:

                A. The dog must still be under ownership of the original purchaser.

                B. The dog must not have been bred prior to claim.

                C. A copy of the certification for failure to pass exam must be sent to breeder of the dog.

                D. The dog must have been spayed/neutered after notification of failure to pass either OFA or CERF exams,                        documentation on spay/neuter must be sent to breeder.

                E. The original AKC registration certificate with ownership signed back to the breeder must be returned to the                        breeder.

5.  Once the above guidelines are met a refund of the full purchase price will be given or Breeder will  replace         dog with a pup from future breeding.  This is the Breeders decision.

6.  All shipping expenses, vet costs, and certification fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

7.  “RED DIRT” must somehow be included in the registered name and notification of this sent to the breeder          by the time the dog is 6 months of age for this guarantee to be in effect.
